Norway 2013

Oslo Norway Aug, 2013

A group of 7 young people went on a youth trip to Oslo, Norway on the 22nd to the 25th of August, 2013. It was an extremely enjoyable experience for all and a real learning curve.
The Group visited a lot of Oslo’s main attractions, such as the Oslo Opera House and The Fram Museum of Northern Lights. They also visited The Viking Ship Museum, The Norwegian Holocaust Museum and also did the Oslo Harbour Mini Cruise.

We had an eventful trip, between getting lost in the middle of the vast city of Oslo, meeting the strangest people, and speaking to Norwegian government candidates.

The food in Oslo was unbelievable; The Egon Restaurant served amazing food, with extremely welcoming hospitality. We also visited Peppe’s Pizza, and got some food in the small markets up the backstreets of Oslo. We found a small Bazaar, which was really interesting, the people were so intriguing.

“We had an amazing time, and Oslo is definitely a city any of us would highly recommend any person of any age to visit.”
